Earlier this week, Liam and Noel Gallagher announced a series of shows across North America – marking the first international dates of their reunion tour. Shortly after, four new dates were added due to “phenomenal demand.”

Later, an exclusive source said NME that the Gallagher brothers are set to announce more reunion shows in the United States and other international territories such as South Korea, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Chile and Argentina.

Now, Oasis have confirmed that Australian dates are on the way. Taking to their Twitter/X account today (October 5), the band shared images of two billboards reading “Australia: It’s Your Scream!” “.

Both billboards appear to be in Melbourne – city sources close to the tour previously revealed to NME would host the reunion shows. Next to the photos, the caption reads: “Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. AEDT”, suggesting that the exact dates and locations will be announced on October 8.

Tickets for the North American leg of the reunion tour went on sale yesterday (October 4) and sold out quickly. Fans have reacted to the long queues, with one calling it “the most frustrating experience of my life”.

Elsewhere, some fans were reacting to the prices – which were significantly lower than some of those offered to UK fans due to Ticketmaster’s price hike. “I’m really shocked at how relatively normal the prices were,” one fan wrote on Twitter/X.

This follows the band’s recent confirmation that a dynamic pricing structure would not be applied to their North American reunion tour dates, following the disaster that struck fans as they attempted to purchase tickets for their ‘OASIS LIVE ’25’ reunion tour in the UK and Ireland.

Oasis had also warned fans about fake resale tickets for the North American leg of the tour, after more than 9,000 tickets surfaced on two of the biggest resale platforms ahead of their official sale, despite fans could not do it. buy legitimate tickets at the moment.

Liam and Noel have not performed together since Oasis’ acrimonious split in 2009, following an “altercation” between the pair at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris, just hours before their headline appearance.

After announcing their long-awaited reunion last month and confirming they wouldn’t be playing any festivals next year, the band began dropping hints to fans that more headline dates around the world were planned.

Elsewhere, fans are wondering who the Britpop legends will support at their highly anticipated reunion concerts after it was reported last month that Liam was looking for “established artists” to support them on tour. So far, support has only been announced for the North American leg, which will see Cage The Elephant join on all dates.

Various names have been floating around since the band confirmed their return, and earlier this year, when a fan on X/Twitter asked if Richard Ashcroft would support Oasis at their 2025 shows, Liam replied: “That would be BIBLICAL “.

Last night (October 4), Liam once again took to Twitter/X to fan the flames, further suggesting that Ashcroft would join the bill, but also teasing that Blur and Manic Street Preachers could go on the road with them.

Elsewhere, Blossoms recently spoke to NME on the possibility of supporting the Britpop legends, with frontman Tom Ogden saying: “If we were asked, the bags are packed and we’d break them. »

Oasis first began teasing their reunion following Liam Gallagher’s Reading Festival headline show by sharing a mystery date on their screens. Blossoms also shared the same teaser on their big concert screens as Liam and Noel did during their gig at Wythenshawe Park, leading to speculation they might have something to do with the reunion.
