PERRYVILLE (KATV) — The Arkansas Goat Festival returns to downtown Perryville for its seventh year this weekend.

A city that normally has a population of 1,500 is expected to host more than 10,000 people for the event.

The event includes a goat parade, goat costume contest, goat lingerie contest and more than 140 vendors.
