The college football season is in full swing and we are starting to get closer to the more critical games on the schedule. With the new 12-team College Football Playoff system each game doesn’t mean as much but there is still seeding on the line.

The Week 6 schedule brings some intriguing matchups to the table. But which games are the biggest must-watches of the week?

5. Rutgers @ Nebraska

Neither team is ranked but for this matchup, we don’t care. Rutgers has looked good this season and will try to grab another win. The Scarlet Knights are 4-0 on the year and could make some noise in the Big Ten if they keep winning. Cornhuskers quarterback Dylan Raiola is a potential star in the making and watching him play is always exciting.

4.No. 10 Michigan @ Washington

We have a rematch of the 2023 National Championship game so it had to be on this list. While the Huskies haven’t been very good this season, they are getting a much weaker Michigan team at home. It won’t mean much in terms of how last season ended but it could be a feel-good story for Washington if they can take down the Wolverines at home.

3.No. 12 Ole Miss @ South Carolina

The Rebels seem like the favorite in this game, especially coming off a loss last week. But the Gamecocks have shown a lot of fight this season. They are 3-1 on the year, with the only loss coming in a tough game against LSU. If they can take down Ole Miss, it could propel them into the SEC. South Carolina has a looming matchup with No. 1 Alabama next week so this game could give them some confidence if they can find a way to win.

2.No. 11 USC @ Minnesota

The Trojans earned a massive win over Wisconsin last week to grab their first Big Ten victory. They will look to keep the good times rolling on the road against the Golden Gophers in what could be a trap game. Minnesota is coming off a tough loss to Penn State and could want some redemption. USC plays Penn State next week so they can’t overlook Minnesota in this contest.

1.No. 9 Missouri @ No. 25 Texas A&M

This is the only matchup between two ranked teams on the schedule and we get a SEC showdown. The Tigers survived last week against Vanderbilt and will look to show off their dominance on the road. The Aggies won’t be an easy game for them as they enter this game on a four-game winning streak. If Texas A&M can get the win, it could go a long way for them in the SEC down the line.
