Get in, loser, we’re going to Mexico!

The Broadway cast of “Mean Girls” threw what has been called “the most attractive party of the year” this week at Grand Oasis Cancun.

Ashley De La Rosa (Regina George), Eric Huffman (Damian), Olivia Kaufmann (who did double duty as Gretchen Wieners and Janis), England’s Bernhardt (Cady Heron) and Zurin Villanueva (who starred as Karen Smith but also helped playing Gretchen) the festivities kicked off Wednesday afternoon with a pink out pool party at the all-inclusive hotel’s beach club.

After a five-minute performance that was nearly foiled by a passing rainstorm, the stars taught the swimsuit-clad guests (including Page Six) the iconic “Jingle Bell Rock” choreography made famous in the 2004 film starring Lindsay Lohan, Rachel McAdams and Amanda Seyfried. and Lacey Chabert.

De La Rosa, Huffman, Kaufmann, Bernhardt and Villanueva then lounged in the pool and enjoyed pink drinks with fellow tourists before heading to rehearsals for their hour-long show, which was fittingly scheduled for October 3.

Produced by CheapCaribbean Vacations and Broadway Plus and directed by Christopher Metzger-Timson. During Thursday night’s cabaret concert at the Oasis Arena, the cast performed a selection of songs from the Tony-nominated musical adaptation of “Mean Girls,” including “A Cautionary Tale,” “Meet the Plastics” and “Apex Predator.”

Huffman then called on the audience who had learned the “Jingle Bell Rock” dance at the pool the day before to come on stage and join the cast in channeling their inner Regina, Cady, Karen and Gretchen – with Santa hats and all.

The event concluded with a VIP cocktail hour and meet-and-greet at Grand Oasis’ Miramar restaurant, where De La Rosa, Huffman, Kaufmann, Bernhardt, Villanueva and their crew, including musical director Jacob Yates, drummer Elena Bonomo and guitarist David Kawamura worked in the room overlooking the white sandy beach and sparkling Caribbean Sea.

Despite flying home the next morning, we hear that some cast members rightly kept the party going by heading to the hotel’s nightclub, Kinky, late into the evening.
