The curfew in Henderson County has been adjusted as Helene’s recovery continues

HENDERSONVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) – Officials in Henderson County have announced a reduction in the current curfew following the dangerous continuation of Hurricane Helene.

A state of emergency was imposed in the province and the initial curfew was between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m.

The curfew was adjusted to 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. on Friday

Law enforcement officers, paramedics, health care workers, first responders, firefighters, utility workers and other workers serving Henderson County citizens in the aftermath of the storm are exempt from the curfew.

The state of emergency remains in effect.
